Prices for Business Clients
Many factors are involved in assessing the cost of a translation. The price is generally calculated based on the number of standard lines on a page (defined as 55 characters including spaces) as well as the number of words and pages.
We charge per line (based on the source text) for translations and software localisations. Prices may vary depending on file format, difficulty, and the delivery deadline. We may also charge an hourly rate for formatting the texts of complicated files, as is mostly the case with scanned documents. For urgent orders, an additional fee is added to to the standard word price.
The cost of proofreading/editing and DTP are calculated based on the amount of time taken to complete, and are billed at an hourly rate.
Our invoices are due for payment 21 days after being issued.
We would be happy to send you a binding offer if you send us your text by e-mail or via our quotation form. Any information sent will be treated as highly confidential.
